With over 35 years experience in the design industry, Paula has worked in several of the top London design agencies, such as Enterprise IG, The Partners, Pauffley and Tatham Pearce.

 

She has spent the first part of her career creating global identities for leading design and brand agencies, her expertise included relaunching and rebranding Natwest Bank. As a Creative Director she has worked on corporate identities and print for MFI, the BBC Experience, Save and Prosper, Sainsbury’s Homebase, Smith and Nephew, and BAA.

 

During the last 21 years she has mainly enjoyed designing for the charity sector, supporting social enterprises working collaboratively with their campaigns on print, branding and digital material.

Oliver has a wealth of experience specialising in publication and digital design for many leading international companies. Drawing on this technical and creative knowledge to work on annual reviews, interactive publications, evaluation reports and other visual material for the charity sector.​ With a career beginning as a graphic designer for top Architectural companies in London, he then moved into design and management for publishing at Oxford University Press. Forming HD Design 15 years ago with Paula, he developed a sound knowledge of digital processes as it applies to increasing online requirements in an expanding client base.
